Build and Delivery of an Online Trailer Registration Service

DVLA required delivery resource with the technical skills and capability to deliver an online trailer registration service and its associated common components, into public beta by December 2018. This will require a high level of agile experience and technical capability, with a proven track record in delivering major online services at pace.

The registration scheme will be an online service only, developed and managed by the DVLA. The service needs to be in public beta by December 2018, to allow trailer operators to register ahead of the 1968 Convention coming into force in March 2019.
