Work description
Wigan Council would like to appoint 2 contractors to provide provision to complete minor external/gardens works on Council owned buildings. The primary objective of this contract is to ensure that all council owned properties are safe and secure for the use of tenants and all works are expected to be completed within a maximum of 28 days.
