## Description

Fareham Borough Council has a recognised commissioning process\. In line with this approach, we have developed a specification which is focussed on building capacity and resilience in the Borough's voluntary and community sector\. The voluntary sector is a crucial partner for the Council, given the valuable services that it freely delivers locally\. To best support this, the focus of the contract is aimed at increasing access to volunteering opportunities and providing effective and accessible governance and funding advice, to build sustainability and increase community resilience
