EHRC 1718-68 Creative video content on human rights

We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor will be asking to produce a short video that will illustrate how human rights are a force for good and encourage people to advocate for human rights. Alongside this we also required the contractor to produce graphics for use on social media and for plans to help disseminate the video.
