Description

To carry out a review and evaluation of the effectiveness of the TPR Board and its Audit, Remuneration and Non-executive committees to ensure the Board discharges its responsibilities effectively and has the right mechanisms and structure in place to: • operate collectively; • concentrate on advising on strategic and operational issues affecting the regulator's performance; and • scrutinise and challenge its processes and performance, with a view to its long-term success.
