## Description

With changes imminent forced by the National Resource and Waste Strategy, the Authority is seeking to update its understanding of the composition of the waste it receives across its portfolio facilities\. Therefore, there is a need to procure a contractor to manage the waste composition process to ensure that it stays on track and is delivered to the specification that we will jointly develop\.\\\\r\\r \\\\r\\r NEPRO3 framework\\\\r\\r
