Work description
Provides colleagues with valuable access to specialist menopause services. In particular:
· A holistic health assessment
· Access to a specialist in menopause care (as opposed to a generalist Occupational Health service) who can offer advice on symptom control.
· Access to advice on treatment pathways and provide knowledge of the associated risks.
· Access which is flexible and self-determined.
