The Council's requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a multi-discipline design team for a school expansion construction project\. The design consultancy will be required to provide a professional multi-discipline team for the employer, and act as employers' agent\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
