Wigan Council - PropTech System

Wigan Council wishes to appoint a provider to enhance an existing platform to help support automate and streamline site feasibility work in a cost and time effective manner initially for the council's direct delivery affordable housing programme.

This platform will also enable the council to support improved planning policy making (based on more accurate and timely feasibility assessment) and decision making, but also how the council appraises and uses its land holdings and assets in general.

Collectively across these functions, the platform will help the council support and accelerate housing delivery, a key priority to support need, aspirations and sustainable economic growth

The successful Provider will be appointed via a mini-competition from the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Spark Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
