## Description

Nest has the requirement for a high quality flexible Executive Coaching service to develop our senior leaders as individuals or as a group and help them reach their maximum potential\. There will be the scope to provide coaching for 10-15 individuals each year who will a job title of 'Head of and above \( this includes Senior Managers, Directors and Executive Directors\)
