## Description

PCH are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for electronic payment collections\. The services within this tender are split as follows: Lot 1: All Payment services \(Lots 2 - 4\) Lot 2: Card Payment services Lot 3: Direct Debit collections Lot 4: Location Payment Services The tenderer may bid for any lot or can submit a combination bid covering more than one \(or all\) lots\. If bidding for Lot 1, you must provide an individual bid for Lot 2 and 3 too\. PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the invitation to tender document\. The intended duration of the contract is 2 years with possible extensions for an additional 6 years\. PCH intends to award the contract on 9\.5\.2019 and reserves the right to award the contract at such date or at a later date, or not at all\. The contract will be a 2 \+ 2 \+ 2 \+ 2\. The contract commencement date will be 1\.11\.2019
