## Description

Wigan Council manages and maintains approximately 22000 properties, they also own properties through property development, empty homes \. The Contract is designed to deliver a fully comprehensive call-out maintenance, servicing, repair and component replacement for all wet central heating, warm air, hot water systems, electric fire suites and miscellaneous gas & solid fuel appliances and Air Source Heat Pump properties\.
