West Midlands Fostering Framework 2020

Sandwell Children's Trust is seeking to identify suitable providers offering foster carers placements for children by undertaking a procurement exercise.

This procurement is being undertaken by Sandwell Children's Trust ("the Trust") in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services being procured fall under Schedule 3 of the regulations and are subject to the light touch regime.

The following organisations will be able to call-off against the framework contract and are referenced in the OJEU Notice: Birmingham Children's Trust, Coventry City Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Herefordshire Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Sandwell Children's Trust, Shropshire County Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-On-Trent City Council, Borough of Telford & Wrekin , Walsall Council, Warwickshire County Council, Wolverhampton City Council and Worcestershire Children First.

The estimated annual contract value is £133m.

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is being issued using Sandwell Trust's e-tendering system 'in-tend', and the remainder of the procurement process will be managed using this system.
