St James New Station Business Case - Call Off Lot 12

This commission is to seek a suitable consultant to undertake an investment appraisal and develop the outline Business Case for a new rail station, St James, located in the Baltic Triangle, south of Liverpool Central. Subject to the necessary approvals the consultant will also take forward the next phase to develop the Final Business Case for the proposed new station.
