Direct Award below-threshold under ESPO framework 'Washroom Services 239\_24' The contract includes the option to purchase Sanitary consumables as detailed on the framework that this was awarded through - Washroom Services 239\_24 The contract also allows for 2 x 12 month optional extensions to be applied if required that would result in the end date becoming 31/03/2030 if both extensions were activated\.
