Aston University is planning to set up a new Estates Consultancy Services Framework to provide consultancy services for use with Construction, Refurbishment, Alterations / Extensions, Demolition, MEP and Infrastructure projects\. It is intended that the new framework will commence in February 2025\. Framework Lots: 1\.\) Project Management 2\.\) Architect 3\.\) Mechanical and Electrical 4\.\) Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy Services 5\.\) Principal Designer - CDM 6\.\) Building Surveyor Cost Management / Quantity Surveying Services are not included within the scope of this Framework\.
