LCCC require a solution to carry out searches across worldwide AML databases following the input of company, UBO and directorship information\. The purpose of the due diligence is to ensure LCCC understands the reputational and financial risks of entering into contract with energy generators and producers\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
