MX 045 120521 CS DC - Security Independent Review of Harwell SSP

We are currently in discussion with the ONR-CNSS regarding approval of our Site Security Plans (SSP). We are seeking an independent assurance review of our documentation to support our submission arrangements. The Security Independant Review provision needs to support the following: 1. Provide overall Review of the Harwell Site Security Plan against NISR 2003 2. Review the SSP against the Magnox Company Standard - Process Document (PD)-015 3. Alignment with SyAPs principles 3. Provide Detailed Review of the FSyP focus areas detailed above 5. Provide detailed review of flowdowns from the Strategic Plan to the Tactical Plan ' Golden Thread' 5. Compare Approved SSP's with the Harwell SSP submisison including whether formal feedback from the ONR-CNSS has been incoorporated 6. Review adequacy of Harwells response to the formal feedback from the ONR-CNSS for the latest submission 7. Several Visits to Harwell and Oldbury Technical Centre as required to assure compliance of PPS requirements 8. Provide timeline of events/ communications including gap analysis of submissions and ONR feedback 9. As a result of this being undertaken during live regulatory intervention the consultants need to be aware of the potential changes to the scope. The ability to be agile and flexible as required to respond to the changing environment will be advantageous
