## Description

WT Partnership are to provide consultancy services, to compliment the skills provided by the rest of the design team\. The following services are included within this proposal: - EA and QS from RIBA 3 to RIBA 7 on a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract and procurement route\. This includes supporting the Trust in conclusion of the design development already undertaken during the feasibility stages, RIBA stages 0 to 2\.
