Modular Changing Places Toilet Facility

Description

The Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of a modular changing places toilet facility on site at Witton Country Park Blackburn. The Changing Places facility is designed so that they are completely accessible and provide sufficient space and equipment for people who are not able to use standard accessible toilets. The modular CPT facility is being funded as part of the DLUCH programme.
