Gartner Subscription Based Research to support the NAO's Digital Plan

Description

The Gartner Technical Professional (GTP) product provides research papers on technical IT matters. The contract allows all NAO staff that need access to the research to have such access. The research material is used across all our technology focussed teams within the NAO (i.e. Digital Services, Digital Hub, Analysis Hub, InfoSec and the Digital Financial Audit team) and is used to provide relevant technical information to these teams in connection the use of technology in the NAO's business operations. IT Leaders product provides research on IT related business and strategic issues. The service we obtain provides 2 x "desks" allocated to the Digital Hub (Jonathan Pownall) and Digital Financial Audit (Peter Smithson) and is used to inform and add value to the client / external focussed work that these two teams undertake.
