Re-configuration of Abbey Gardens staff compound to include demolition of existing garage building, construction of new timber framed 3-bay garage building, re-surfacing, construction of new concrete base, new ACO drainage system connected to new Efford bed drainage and irrigation system, and re-roofing of the existing mess room.
