ISF Global Serious and Organised Crime Portfolio and the Countering Exploitation Portfolio: Provision of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services

Provision of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services: Support programmes' results management by providing independent evaluations, ensuring coherent reporting structures (utilising existing results frameworks where possible) are used across the various levels in the programmes (interventions, projects and programmes) to report on progress against milestones in agreed results reporting mechanisms (e.g. quarterly and annual reports); Support and build the capacity of programme teams in host countries and the UK to manage results and monitor programmes, engage with project stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes, and strengthen the use of evidence in programme decisions; Synthesise programme results at Portfolio Level in order to provide high quality, timely evidence on impact against cross-government strategic objectives concerning SOC; Enhance programme effectiveness by incorporating collaboration and learning from the programmes' evidence of effectiveness, improving value for money for the UK taxpayer.
