To provide a fully managed Service for Friends and Family Feedback Solution for the 3 Trusts of Lincolnshire Lot 1 United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Lot 2 Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust Lot 3 Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Additional information: The Contract will be broken down by 3 Lots and be for a period of 48 months with a 3 x 1 year option to extend
