## Description

The Term Maintenance Contract is for both Passenger Lifts and Domestic Lifts \(through floor lifts, stair lifts, hoists etc\.\)in residential properties\. Passenger lifts will be covered by a fully Comprehensive Contract \(Servicing, Call-outs, Repairs and Supplementary Testing\) and Dommestic Lifts will be covered by a fixed proce arrangement for servicing with repairs charged as per a schedule of rates\.
