## Description

HMRC Central Print Service is a service provision following the programme within HMRC to centralise printed output that's printed locally within each HMRC office by members of staff, to a bulk mail output method\. The service includes procurement of white paper, outer envelopes and reply envelopes\. It also includes fulfilment activity and despatch to the end customer\.
