This procurement has been awarded for Lot 1 only. Herts FullStop (HFS) (the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council) is the Contracting Authority, which acted on behalf of the Participant, Hampshire County Council, leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps & Sanitisers.
