BT117 - Clean Air Walking Tool/API

Westminster City Council have been awarded grant funding from Defra to undertake a project with the overall aim of increasing the uptake of walking along routes which have lower levels or air pollution.

This opportunity sets out the requirements for the provision, hosting and support of an API that receives details of 3 geographic routes, calculates the least and most air polluted options and returns this ranking along with other supporting information to the calling function that will then pass details into a Westminster City Council (WCC) hosted web application to display the routes and values.
