Replacement of roof at Shrewsbury Health Centre

Description

The remedial scope required to the existing roof areas. These will be either replaced or where possible repaired. The Health Centre complex consists of three buildings with varying construction. Building 1, the main building, has a part-pitched tiled roof and part-flat roof, with the latter being replaced by a Bauder system and the former undergoing repairs. Building 2, the small main entrance, has curtain wall glazing with a steel frame and roofing sections needing water ingress repairs. Building 3 is a two-storey building with a flat roof, which will also be replaced with a Bauder system at Shrewsbury Health Centre, Shrewsbury Road, London E6 1DA
