Provision of an online media database, distribution and management tool

Description

An integrated online media database, distribution system and management tool which enables Enfield Council to effectively manage interactions with journalists on a proactive and reactive basis. The system should be secure, web based and have an extensive list of media contacts which are regularly updated. It will enable users to check in real time the status of any live interactions - enquiries or press releases and be fully compliant with GDPR regulations with regards the storage of journalists details In addition the system will provide effective analytical tools enabling the user to monitor the Council's performance.
