Peer Support and Mentoring Services for Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub

The Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub and the LEP has identified the need for enhanced provision of support to provide peer support and mentoring provision for 'scale up' businesses.

The Supplier will design, develop and deliver;

Each mentee will receive • 6 x 1-hour personal mentor meetings • 2 x group action learning groups

Mentors will be chosen from successful business people from the region, who have run a successful SME so that they relate to the challenges faced by scale up SMEs.

Each mentor will support 6 mentees, and three times a year, their group of 6 mentees will meet together, for a facilitated discussion sessions over half-a-day to share and solve challenges each organisation or individual is facing.

• Peer group support programmes to develop leaders and managers • High quality mentoring to help businesses identify and achieve their growth goals

Specifically, the Supplier(s) will;

• Develop, design and deliver 2 x peer group meetings. The provision will have and maximum of 6 delegates per cohort.

• Provide mentoring support to the delegates - at least 6 hours of mentoring support per delegate.
