Description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 26 January 2026 for the following reason: The deadline for expression of interest and submission of tenders has been extended until 10am February 23rd 2026. This will also impact the start and end date of the period of work.(The University has a requirement for a BM Trada Accredited organisation to carry out repairs and replacement of fire doors across both Newcastle and Coach Lane Campus. This will be run over a 4-year programme. Year 1 will include 3 University Buildings The remainder of the 4-year programme will be agreed with Andrew Forrest, Asset & Lifecycle Manager and the main point of contact for this agreement.)
