Description

Gas Servicing, repairs, maintenance & installation works, as detailed in the specification, and instructed by the Employer. The contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with 4 year fixed term plus 2 possible 1 year extensions available. The underlying contract is awarded via direct award from from Lot 12A (Gas Servicing & Maintenance Works (Yorkshire & Humber)) of the EN:Procure Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (GEN4).
