## Description

The University of Leicester wishes to enter into a contract for the maintenance and repair of solar photovoltaic panels at the University of Leicester\. Currently the University has systems installed across 8 buildings\. The contract is for three years from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2026 with the option to extend for two further 12-month periods until 30 June 2028\.
