Digital Planning Monitoring and Evaluation

Description

This contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparency purposes. The Digital Planning M&E comprises of four components: monitoring, process evaluation, impact evaluation, and value for money evaluation. The monitoring component will track progress and build the evidence base on digital planning for future initiatives. The process evaluation will assess what worked well or did not work as intended in the design and delivery of the programme, and why. The impact evaluation will assess what changes have occurred, the scale of those changes, and the extent to which they can be attributed to the programme. The value for money evaluation will assess whether the scale of the programme's impacts, relative to their economic costs, represents good value for money.
