## Description

A Whistleblowers' Support Scheme to provide support for Scheme selected NHS workers and former NHS workers \(across primary and secondary care\) whose performance is sound and who can demonstrate that they are having difficulty finding employment in health and social care as a result of having raised a concern in the public interest\. The Scheme has the ultimate aim of supporting Participants in improving wellbeing and gaining suitable employment\. For those who are in employment the aim is to support them in remaining in employment\.
