Description
This research has two key aims: Objective 1: To identify and critically assess a range of measures that may indicate unfair variations in medical education training pathways and help to quantify the impact of interventions aimed at reducing the variations and/or improving fairness. Objective 2: To produce practical guidance to support organisations in evaluating interventions aimed at mitigating unfairness. This guidance should also help the GMC develop evaluative capacity in local teams and provide a benchmark to assess the quality of local interventions.
