The National Infrastructure Commission \(NIC\) seeks to procure the expertise of Potential Providers with experience in delivering research projects in the following four areas: 1\) Reducing Environmental Impacts \(Budget capped at £50,000 excluding VAT\) 2\) Future Freight Demand Scenarios \(Budget capped at £75,000\.00 excluding VAT\) 3\) Value of Freight \(Budget capped at £75,000\.00 excluding VAT\) 4\)Managing Congestion \(Budget capped at £80,000\.00 excluding VAT\) All tenders to be advertised via the Research Marketplace\.
