## Description

The existing condensate receiver is constantly overflowing and failing to return condensate the hot wells located in the Trust's Energy Centre\. The rectification works propose that a new pumped receiver unit is provided\. It is recommended the pumped condensate line back to the hot wells is replaced and a new vent to atmosphere is provided\.
