To deliver research into the VisitBritain/VisitEngland's external stakeholder communications \(B2B\) audience to measure whether the tourism industry is being communicated to in the most suitable way by VisitBritain/VisitEngland and to identify opportunities for improving industry engagement/service levels\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
