Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells is inviting bids for the provision of a legal services contract. The contract will exclude employment law as the Trust has a separate contract. A procurement was recently issued against framework. This is a below threshold procurement as Legal Services falls under the procurement light-touch rules regime and the contract value does not exceed the light-touch threshold.
