# The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a local Healthwatch Services Provider\. The London Borough of Hillingdon welcomes qualified and experienced providers to tender\. The successful provider will be award a Contract for an initial term of 5 years extendable subject to applicable contractual terms and service review for a period of 3 years, giving a total of 8 years \(the Term\)\. The Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the eight statutory functions for the local Healthwatch as prescribed under section 221 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act, 2007, as amended by the Health and Social Care Act, 2012 a
