The Tees Valley Combined Authority wants to understand the opportunity for development of approaches to storing and time shifting energy supply and demand as well as providing ancillary grid balancing services around the energy consumers and infrastructure in the region. The study should consider relevant technologies and services which might be delivered over the short, medium and long term. A report is required by Feb 2017.
