## Description

ERP is a joint research programme delivered through DCMS, DHSC and BEIS\. The Events Research Programme \(ERP\) was announced in the roadmap in February to inform and shape Government policy to bring about the phased return of fuller audiences to venues and events in England\. DCMS requires specialist legal support to advise on data protection requirements in support of the ERP\.
