Work description
Newry, Mourne & Down District Council (NMDDC) wish to establish a Framework with a pre-qualified list of suppliers (a Restricted List) who may be asked, on an as needs basis, to participate in a Mini-competition following which a call-off Contract under the Framework will be awarded.
