## Description

The contract covers the cleaning of communal/ shared areas in West Suffolk temporary accommodation over five sites\. 1\. St Andrews Street North - 3 hours per week 2\. 26, Brentgovel Street - 1 hour per week 3\. 34, Lake Avenue - 3 hours- per week 4\. 1, The Avenue - 3 hours - per week 5\. 100a College Heath Road - 2 hours - per week Any ad hoc additional deep / bio hazard cleans will be charged separately\. Bi-annual deep cleaning of ovens to be charged separately\.
