SC22101 - Changing Places

Description

The requirement of this project is the installation of a changing place for disabled people at \r Lullingstone and Brockhill Country Parks to enable disadvantaged user groups better access to \r the countryside.\r \r This is a project aimed at increasing access to KCC Country Parks for groups who have specific \r needs and rely on a safe clean changing place. The space has hoists and equipment to enable \r this, with access only using a radar key. It's a very specific design and to be an 'official changing \r place' it must meet a fixed size and criteria so there is a limited range of companies that can \r provide it. For example in the 2021 tender process 12 companies quoted of which 4 of them used \r the same company to produce the modular building
