Work description
Leeds City Council has proposed that a Clean Air Zone Category B will be implemented in 2020. The Council requires a contractor to design and implement a network of ANPR cameras and supporting systems to capture all vehicles travelling into, out of, or within the CAZ - both for Design & Build and Operating and Maintaince
