## Description

We publish all our open sourcing requirements via the "Health Family Single eCommercial System" portal\. https://health-family\.force\.com/s/Welcome South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a price to upgrade the boilers at the Chaucer Resource Centre \(Rotherhithe, SE16 2TH\)\. The property is 3 storeys with clinical space on the ground floor and administrative space throughout; the property was built in the mid-1990s\. The Trust are looking for the removal of the existing boilers and capping the existing flue, and the installation of 2 no\. Remeha Broag Quinta Ace 115KW ML GB boilers, and 1 no\. 15-50 pump, plus 2 no\. external wall flues 150 mm dia terminating at approximately 2\.4m from the floor level\.
