Additional Teaching Block at Graham School

Removal of two timber TCU units providing teaching accommodation (approx. gross floor area 197m2) together with 5 number trees to allow access for the work.

Construction of new two storey extension (approx. gross floor area 950m2) to provide eight classrooms, circulation and storage areas, wc facilities and Staff workrooms with related accommodation, including associated mechanical and electrical installations, drainage and external works.
